She’s a winner
On Saturday 3 Dec, the winner of Marine Rescue Central Coast’s 2016 Boat Raffle arrived at the Point Clare Base to collect her prize from Unit Commander Roger Palmer. A very excited Deborah Frack came with her husband, Bradley. She explained, “We spent most of Saturday (12 Nov) at Woy Woy Police Station because our boat had been stolen from the house at Booker Bay. On Sunday (13 Nov) we went to the Oyster Festival at Ettalong and bought tickets from the Marine Rescue boys. I have never won anything before, and it’s just what we needed.”
The prize, a Quintrex 350 Explorer with Mercury Outboard, registered boat trailer and safety equipment was supplied by Insinc Marine of West Gosford.
Deborah is a worthy winner. The family currently lives at Brookvale but has purchased a house at Booker Bay. Deborah is a compulsive volunteer for many local organisations in her area including the Duffys Forest RFS. We look forward to seeing her and Bradley on Brisbane Water during the boating season.
